Breeze Sky Bar Ho Chi Minh is one of the oldest bars in Saigon. It’on the fifth floor of the Majestic Hotel, a legendary establishment that’s been open since 1925. From here people have been overlooking the Saigon River and enjoying that iconic sunset for decades. The wooden furniture, Art Deco bar and beautiful French designed interior give this rooftop bar a feeling of times gone by. They serve an extensive choice of food and are mainly visited by the Vietnamese upper class and Western tourists.
Breeze Sky Bar is not your typical Saigon sky bar as it is more focused on eating than drinking. You can have an international buffet breakfast (from 6:00-10:00), Barbeque Buffet Dinner (from 18:30-21:30) or enjoy their á la carte menu (24/7). It is recommended to get seated at one of the quiet, private tables, which can be found on the very top. You should look for a set of stairs that leads you up to a small patio from where you go up another flight of stairs to find a quiet oasis.
The beautiful promenade of Nguyen Hue and the famous shopping street of Dong Khoi flank the hotel on the sides with The Saigon River in front. The combination of a beautiful view and the French architectural features make this colonial rooftop bar a popular draw.
